Free delivery
On every order, with no minimum. Most things arrive in two to four days.

Free size exchanges
Wrong size is our problem, not yours. We send the new one before the old one gets back.

Thirty-day returns
Send anything back within thirty days, worn or not. We pay the postage.

Repairs for five years
Split seam, failed zip, blown cuff. Post it in and we fix it for nothing.
One mill
Everything comes off the same machines.
One family-run knitter outside Porto makes all of it, on loopback machines from the seventies that run at a third of modern speed. It is slower and it costs more. It is also why a five-year-old crew still looks like the new one next to it.
