Orders placed before 2pm leave the same working day. Everything ships from the warehouse next to the mill in Porto, so nothing sits in a hub waiting to be consolidated.
Duties and taxes
Tax is worked out at payment and shown before you confirm. For orders outside the EU we pay the import duty ourselves, so the price you agree to is the price you pay. Nothing arrives with a bill attached.
Where your order is
You get a tracking link the moment the parcel is scanned, which is usually a few hours after you order rather than a few days.
If the tracking has not moved in two working days, email us and we will send a replacement without waiting for the first one to turn up. Chasing a courier is our job, not yours.
