Terms of service

An order is accepted when we take payment and send the confirmation. Until then we may decline it, which in practice only happens when something has sold out between your adding it and paying.

Prices shown include VAT where it applies. Tax is calculated at payment and shown before you confirm.

Payments are taken and processed by Whop. We never see or store your card details. Your statement will show the charge under the store name, not ours.

You have thirty days from delivery to return anything for a full refund, worn or not, with postage paid by us. This is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.

Refunds go back to the original card within five working days of the parcel reaching us.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that we caused. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, and nothing here limits liability for death, injury or fraud, because it legally cannot.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
